A Health Coach educates and supports you to achieve your health goals through lifestyle and behaviour adjustments. Health coaching focuses not only on the food you eat, but also your lifestyle.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or just get healthy, a health coach takes the time to listen to your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling, and help coach you through your program.
Just Nutrition offers its unique Metabolic Code program with daily meal plans and exercise programs. Health Coaching gives you the guidance and support you need to succeed with your program.
You will meet with your Health Coach in-person, virtually or by phone for your initial consultation, program set-up and then bi-weekly as part of your program for guidance, counselling, accountability and to track your progress.
An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
Amanda is a Registered Health Coach with the Canadian Health Coach Alliance and went to school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully to your health history and explore what has worked for you and what hasn’t in your health journey. I will educate you in a new way to look at health through healthy eating and lifestyle rather than dieting.
Health Coaching can be done on a bi-weekly basis as part of your Metabolic Code program or on it’s own for other health and wellness goals and meal plans of your choice.

- Decipher your body’s unique chemistry through metabolic testing
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to last a lifetime.
